History of my condition:  Approximately three months ago, I was suffering from severe lower back problems.  It was so bad that I could hardly stand up straight and I had a very difficult time finding a comfortable position to sleep in.  One day I walked into the Safari Salon for a haircut and as I was waiting for my turn I noticed Dr. Lacerda’s sign next door and I boldly asked, “Does anyone know anything about the practice next door?”  I have been in constant pain for a while and I wonder if they could help.  Well, Lord and Behold, a tiny little voice answered (like an angel), “I do.  He’s my husband, and he is great!”  I explained my condition to his wife and she sold me on the idea of going to talk to Dr. Lacerda.  After talking to Dr. Lacerda, who so patiently educated me on the spinal cord and the importance of it’s maintenance, I decided it was worth taking a chance to relieve some of the discomfort I was experiencing.  I had never in my life been to a chiropractor; in fact I always heard that they were “quacks.”

Since I have been going to Dr. Lacerda, my condition has improved tremendously, I still has a ways to go, but I can honestly say that I sleep comfortably, I don’t walk in constant pain like I used to, so if Dr. Lacerda is a “quack”, I’m a duckling, because thanks to him I feel so much better.

Dr. Lacerda’s office is very neat and organized.  He and his assitances Brenda and Brandon, always make me feel important and at home.  I love it when his family is there visiting, they are always friendly, happy and lovable.
